CHECK-IN

48 hours prior to arrival you will receive an email & text with the access code for your room. The code to enter the Hotel Crocodile front door (located at 2505 First Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121) will also be included. You may arrive at 4 pm or later to enter the hotel and guest room. 


CHECK OUT

Simply vacate the unit by noon on your day of departure. You will be emailed a copy of your folio, including room charges and any add-on amenity charges within 48 hours of checkout. 


COVID PROTOCOL

Note COVID-19 Cleaning/Sterilization protocols DO NOT allow time for early/late check-in/out if someone is moving into or has occupied the same guest room that day. Guest safety is our priority and we appreciate your understanding. Vaccination & masking are suggested but not required at this time. We reserve the right to update this policy without notice per WA State guidelines.

If attending a show, the artist may require masking and/or vaccination. Please visit www.thecrocodile.com for show specific details.


DEPOSIT

Payment will be billed to your card on file in full 48 hours prior to your arrival. If the card on file does not allow us to collect payment, your reservation will be cancelled. (Tax rate: 15.7%)


GUESTS

You may bring up to 4 of your friends to the hotel during your stay but access codes are to be used by registered guests only and sharing of these codes will result in expulsion from the property. Quiet hours are to be observed and unregistered guests are not permitted to stay over in your room. Hotel Crocodile staff reserves the right to ask any non-hotel guest to vacate the property for any reason if house rules are not abided by. Please also see "Code of Conduct" for additional information.


INCIDENTAL AUTHORIZATION

At the time of opening a tab in our Lobby Lounge, your card will be authorized for incidentals in the amount of $50. All charges incurred during your stay will be posted to your incidental account and a final folio will be emailed to you post departure. Should you exceed your credit limit, your card on file will be authorized for additional credit in accordance with charges incurred. Issuing banks can take 5-7 business days to process the release of incidental authorizations but are released by Hotel Crocodile at checkout. 20% auto gratuity will be added to all food & beverage purchases in Lobby Lounge, The Society, Madame Lou's, Here-After, and The Crocodile Showroom. 


PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed at Hotel Crocodile. We love our pets, too, but given the nature of our venue, it is best for them to stay home. 


SMOKING

Our non-smoking policy is strictly enforced and a minimum $250.00 fine will be assessed should this policy be violated while staying at Hotel Crocodile or patronizing any of our additional outlets. The use of smokeless tobacco or vaping products is prohibited as well. 


GUEST SERVICES

Hotel Crocodile operates with a semi-remote guest services team. During hours Hotel Crocodile staff is not onsite, a security person is also available for in-person needs/requests. We will assist with all your reservation details on-line, and you may email stay@thehotelcrocodile.com with any questions about your upcoming stay. 


HOSTS

Hotel Crocodile hosts are here to make your stay fabulous, and are available in-person to answer questions, talk about the band you're here to see, and pour you a great drink in Lobby Lounge. 


SOUND OF MUSIC

You love music! It's why you're here, but we also recognize that everyone needs their rest. Please observe our calm hours from 11 PM to 8 AM, and keep in mind that sounds from below may be audible during your stay. 


AGE REQUIREMENT

While the Crocodile venue spaces will have all ages shows, Hotel Crocodile is 21+ exclusively.


PARKING

Hotel Crocodile does not offer parking, but we are near many "pay to park" lots in the Belltown area. Limited street parking is also available & we recommend bringing any items of value into the hotel.

There is a paid lot called at 2610 1st Avenue, which is approximately $20 per 10 hour stay.


LOST & FOUND

Hotel Crocodile does not assume liability for any lost or stolen items. Recovered items will be held by Hotel Crocodile for 30 days, after which they will be donated to a local organization of our designation. If you feel you have left an item behind, please email: tona@thecrocodile.com

SHOW CANCELLATION

Rarely but occasionally, the show you are coming to attend will need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If this happens after the 48 hour cancellation deadline, we are happy to move your booking to a new date but refunds will not be granted. 


CODE OF CONDUCT

Hotel Crocodile reserves the right to deny service to any person(s) if the Code of Conduct is violated. Please visit our main website to review, and thank you for adhering to our terms. 


ACCESSIBILITY

Due to the historic nature of the building, certain areas of the property are not accessible to those who use mobility devices or have mobility limitations. Hotel Crocodile is located on the second floor, with two flights of stairs to be ascended. We are committed to making our spaces accessible to all, and please consider this a work in progress.
