Psyched! Radio SF & Hotel Crocodile Present: SASA w/DJ Christofuzz

Psyched! Radio SF & Hotel Crocodile Present: Satana Satana

SASA (formerly known as Satana Satana) delivers an explosive, experimental rock ’n’ roll experience straight out of Argentina.

Driven by a magnetic frontwoman and double-barrel guitar riffs that hit with raw, visceral force, SASA turns every stage into a sweat-soaked, electric riot.
Performing songs from their self-titled album, SASA approaches rock from a collaborative and experimental perspective using improvisation, repetition, noise, and collective creation to push songs far beyond conventional structures.

Their performance brings a piece of Argentina's independent underground to The Crocodile.

Camila Ferrari / Aquiestoy / Panel: How to Listen

Tickets: Sliding Scale $10-$30 + ticket fees $1-$3
DOORS  6:00PM
CONCERT: 7:00PM

Camila Ferrari is from Montevideo, Uruguay. She is a vocalist and songwriter whose early work with the all-women vocalist super-group—Coralinas—helped launch her as a breakout artist in her own country. She began her solo career in 2022 with the album  De los Bordes (From the Edges). Ferrari’s intense, personal, and striking sound merges musical influences from Uruguay with jazz, and numerous other genres. Her heartfelt sound brings together both the brightness and sadness that is pervasive in most people’s lives. Her most recent album Se Renueva (2023) is a collaboration with bass player Nacho Mateu. Before she found her passion for music, Ferrari worked as an engineer. Taking a break from work in 2020 and struggling with a relationship breakup, forced her to reassess her priorities and eventually led her to re-channel her energies. Ferrari has performed world-wide in Mexico, Spain, France, and Italy among others. El Pais, a national publication from Uruguay, raves about Ferrari saying she “possesses one of the most outstanding voices in the new Uruguayan music scene.”

Aquiestoy is the creative music project conceived by local guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, singer, composer, and educator, Carlos Snaider. The ensemble name fuses the Spanish words “aquí” (here) and “estoy” (I am) — which Snaider translates as “ibehere.” Snaider’s musical heritage is informed by his Nuyorican mother and Ecuadorian father as well as his extensive experience across the US in various artistic avenues. He studied at Harvard University with Vijay Iyer, Yosvanny Terry, and George Lewis, and continues to maintain ties with the New York creative scene. Expanding his education, Snaider has also worked closely with Ay Ombe Theatre, the international performance troupe, founded by poet and performance artist, Josefina Báez. Snaider has led Aquiestoy ensembles both in Seattle and Quito, Ecuador. His self-produced debut album Till We Dissolve (2026) is in Snaider’s words “informed by creative music, salsa, boleros, beatmakers, hip-hop, rock, and singer-songwriters.” Apart from his work with Aquiestoy, Snaider has worked extensively in Seattle with numerous ensembles including EarthtoneSkytone, Eléré, and Star Gondola. Snaider has collaborated with Kelsey Mines, Christopher Icasiano, Mario Layne Fabrizio, Julian Weisman, Rocky Martin, and sous-chef among others. He was a 2022 NonSeq Community Curator for a year with the local experimental music non-profit Nonsequitur, as well as a 2023 recipient of the Earshot Jazz Commissions program.

The night features an interactive listening library and panel exploring the art of listening.

Camila Ferrari joins local musician/engineer Sean Wolcott, founder of Everett’s Soundview Analog Recorders, and Seattle-born scholar Lauren Du Graf, a Grammy-nominee for her liner notes to Impulse! Records’ 2024 landmark Alice Coltrane: The Carnegie Hall Concert, in a panel discussion elucidating—and celebrating—the virtues of deep listening, moderated by Hotel Crocodile General Manager, vinyl DJ and community builder Toña Zubia.

In partnership with The Crocodile, the Earshot Festival will also provide panel attendees with a dedicated room to explore listening: its technologies for evolution including an analog stereo setup, and variety of instruments and sound generators selected for their evocative timbres and accessible physicality—tape machines, sound bowls, and more.

FINAL NOTICE — Vinyl Listening Party

Hosted by Emanuel Brown

One record, front to back, in a room full of people hearing it for the first time.

Seattle-area Hip-Hop artist Emanuel Brown is playing his new EP “FINAL NOTICE” off the vinyl at Hotel Crocodile eleven days before it reaches streaming. Five tracks on Side A, five instrumentals on Side B, in sequence, the way it was built to be heard. He'll be hosting the night himself: dropping the needle, talking through the record between sides, and around after.

It's his first pressing ever a limited red and mustard run with one song on it that will never go to streaming. Records will be for sale in the room.

Hotel Crocodile has always made space for artists. This is one of those nights.

Mothership: Children of the Stars w/R3, Solstice, Favvvasol & Bocanegra

THE MOTHERSHIP is Landing...

We are calling the vessels of the stars, the children of earth and water, the dreamers of fire and wind. A homecoming for BIPOC and Indigiqueer communities to dance, heal, and remember.

Here we rise together for:

Music and movement to awaken the body and soul

Rituals and offerings to honor the ancestors and our Mother Earth

Spaces of care, mutual aid, and radical restoration

This is a space where ancestral wisdom meets cosmic energy, where joy is rebellion, and liberation is ceremony.

Allies are welcome with respect, consent, and reciprocity.

Step into the Mothership. Return to yourself. Return to mother.

Your Mothership Captains ( Sound Selectors):

- R3 - Solstice - FavvvaSol - Bocanegra

Whether you're here to dance all night, meet new people, or simply be in community, there's a place for you on board.

Bring your friends, bring your energy, and meet us under the stars.

A Latin Grammy nominee for Best Alternative Album, he has collaborated with artists such as Diplo, Chucky73, Daddy Yankee, RedOne, French Montana, and Los Amigos Invisibles. His music has reached major stages including EDC Mexico, Chicago’s World Music Festival, Central Park SummerStage, the Latin Grammys, and Billboard Music Week, with international appearances across Colombia, Germany, Canada, Peru, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and much of Central America. He is the official DJ for the Latin Grammys.

DRIIAN & EDDEL: Venezuelan-born, Seattle-based duo behind the city’s viral Coffee Rave, blending organic Afro-Latin house and live percussion into high-energy, story-driven sets.

DJ Toña: mixing an experimental sound bath from around the world!

Night By Design: Audrey, who goes by Night by design, is a photographer and mixed media artist born and based in Seattle, known for her creative shoots and distinctive visual style. With a fresh perspective and a passion for storytelling, Audrey brings a unique edge to every project—blending technical skill with artistic intuition to deliver striking, original imagery.

Daniela Merav: As someone who thinks without an internal monologue, Daniela finds art to be the best form of communication and reflective of their own personal life; never knowing what it will become, but driven forward by something felt. She experiments with different materials while creating multi-medium pieces that seemingly are like surrealism and magical realism storytelling combined, mixing painting with drawing, and finalizing them with collage elements. Recently they've used a lot of glitter, pencil shavings, recycled materials, instant coffee, gesso, acrylic paints, and pastel pencils.

William Nuʻutupu Giles (he/they): is an afakasi Samoan Poet & Tarot Reader from Honolulu. They are an International Poetry Slam Champ, Kundiman Fellow, & First Wave Scholar who has taught creative writing throughout Oceania including: Aotearoa, Papua New Guinea, & Guåhan. They use Tarot Mucha and offer readings to encourage an artistic space to reflect, express, & process the world’s wonders. William composes and prints poems live, using a vintage Smith-Corona typewriter. These works are conversational, poetic portraits that use shared inspiration. He believes that poetry should not be locked in a distant tower, reserved for academics and scholars. A good poem should reflect the small and magnificent things we see in our daily lives. “Poetry is not a luxury.” Take a page home with you.

Hi, I’m Cass, or LysergicFemme. I am a Seattle-based visual artist who primarily works with oil and acrylic paints. My work centers around transcendent or out of body experiences, conceptually and from personal experience. My works shift between abstraction and representation, inviting the viewer to form their own interpretation and response as they connect with the piece. Each work is an expression of concepts that cannot be explained with plain words.

Spirit Mother:  Spirit Mother is a heavy rock band with their sound anthologized through a folk-informed and classical lens. Their dynamic and imposing wall of sound, coupled with a driving backbeat, grips through atmospheric strings and haunting vocals. Initially from Long Beach, CA, the band relocated to the PNW, now based in Burns, OR. Guitarist/vocalist and songwriter, Armand Lance, creates the bones of the music in the attic of his rural ranch between cattle working and mustang wrangling - a likeness to his father’s upbringing as a cowboy in Ecuador. The group convenes at this cabin to write and develop their repertoire before hitting the road for tour nationally and abroad. The band signed to Heavy Psych Sounds Records while in studio for their sophomore album “Trails” in between with regional west coast tours throughout the winter and spring of 2024. The Heavy Chronicles marks it as an individual of the Heavy Psych Sounds Records catalog, adding “darkness and soul to a psychedelia that concentrates a little too much on wisps of smoke or cosmic trips. “Trails” “reveals a band with a hybrid sound as much inspired by the hypnotic, harsh Americana of rural midwestern ghost towns as by the steamy shoegaze of the early ’90s.” The fall release of “Trails” came with another coast-to-coast US tour with stops at Desert Fest NYC and Levitation Fest in Austin, Tx, as well as supporting European dates in the summer of 2025.
